On one hand, our firm has advised private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) players and assisted them set up alternate investment funds and to invest in Indian companies, and also to protect their interests in further rounds of investments. On the other hand, we have advised and represented Indian companies and promoters through multiple rounds of investments, including angel and venture funding along with follow up debt and equity financing.
