Ashlar Law has a comprehensive real estate law practice where the firm advises buyers, sellers, developers, banks & financial institutions and other stakeholders with respect to real estate transactions. Our services include opinion on title of properties, documentation of agreements related to sale / lease / license / joint development, transaction advisory for domestic and foreign investments, and also advisory on municipal or CRZ regulations, slum redevelopment and transfer of development rights (TDR).

We also advise clients on contentious issues and represent them in courts in litigations involving property disputes.
