Mayank has over 13-years’ experience in Dispute Resolution, and represents his clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, the Hon’ble NCDRC, the Hon’ble NCLAT and NCLT, as well as the arbitrations.

Mayank represents his clients in commercial arbitrations, company law disputes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy cases, intellectual property conflicts, and white-collar crime, amongst others. His legal practice also extends to real estate and family law, with a significant track record in insurance law, and representing insurance firms.

Mayank graduated from the W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, in 2011.
