Roshan is primarily involved in the dispute resolution practice of Ashlar Law, at its Bangalore office.

Roshan has substantial experience in advising clients and handling litigations including, but not limited to disputes relating to real estate/property disputes, banking, recovery and insolvency, civil suits in the Trial Courts, information technology and labour matters. Roshan also regularly appears before the High Court of Karnataka, Debt Recovery Tribunal, National Company Tribunal, State and District Consumer Commissions of Karnataka and the Trial Courts of Karnataka etc.

After graduating from the School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore, Roshan started his career with A&Y Partners, Bangalore in the litigation department. Roshan thereafter had a brief stint in ANI Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore as an in-house counsel with the legal team before returning to litigation and dispute resolution upon joining Ashlar Law.
