Souvik advises clients on transactions involving merger & acquisition, private equity, foreign investment, joint ventures, banking transactions, etc. He also represents clients in commercial arbitration and corporate litigations across various forums. Souvik has advised companies across sectors like healthcare, hospitality, F&B, ITES, real estate, etc.

Souvik graduated from the W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, in 2008. After working as a pupil at the Thirteen Old Square Chambersat Lincoln’s Inn, London, for a brief period, Souvik started his career with Amarchand &Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. Souvik was also a partner at PXV Law Partners before establishing Ashlar Law.
